Job Title: School Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented School Cleaner to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a School Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our client's school.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain classrooms, corridors, and other designated areas to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Dust and polish surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Sweep and mop floors to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a safe environment.
  • Empty and sanitize trash bins to prevent the spread of odors and germs.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Stock and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure that all areas are well-equipped to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure the well-being of students, staff, and yourself.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the cleaning team to achieve excellent results and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning is desirable but not essential.
  • A can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail to ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve excellent results.
  • Good time management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Enhanced child and adult DBS is required for this role.

This is a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from £11.44 to £12.27. The working pattern is part-time, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The position offers 2 kinds of shifts: AM (starting from 5.30/6am) and PM (starting from 3.15/3.30pm), with hours ranging from 2 to 3 hours.
