Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a skilled School Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a School Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our client's school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean classrooms, corridors, and other designated areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Dust and polish surfaces, sweep and mop floors, and empty and sanitize trash bins.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they are always clean and hygienic.
  • Supply Management: Stock and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the rest of the cleaning team to achieve excellent results.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in cleaning is desirable but not essential.
  • Attention to Detail: A can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail is essential.
  • Time Management: Good time management skills are necessary to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • DBS Check: Enhanced child and adult DBS is required for this role.

Working Conditions:

This is a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from £11.44 to £12.27. The working pattern is part-time, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The hours offered are between 2 - 3 hours, with two types of shifts available: AM (starting from 5.30/6am) and PM (starting from 3.15/3.30pm).
