Job Summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Officer to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from suppliers to our health centers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management

Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking of stock levels, movements, and disposal of damaged or expired items.

Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Warehouse Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the supply chain.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
