About the RoleThis is a Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship Programme with the opportunity to continue into a full-time career in Recruitment once completed.
Key Responsibilities- Use external databases and information sources to gather publicly available client and candidate information and input into our CRM system.
- Utilize contact methods and automation to cleanse current data, ensuring the information is as up-to-date as possible.
- Prepare candidates for stages of the recruitment process.
- Create specific data sets using appropriate tagging systems.
- Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English or level 2 in functional skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Fully funded professional development programme - Level 3 Recruitment Resourcer.
