This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Junior Fashion Designer to own the full creative process, working alongside a Senior Designer to bring briefs to life. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in fashion, specifically in ladieswear, with expertise in wovens and jersey, print design, and proficiency in Adobe Suite.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full design process from concept to production samples
  • Collaborate with the wider team for commercial information
  • Monitor consumer profiles and competition while maintaining the brand's image and identity
  • Develop new prints and drive newness at the start of each season
  • Work closely with suppliers to communicate designs and meet sales targets

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of trade data and ability to work into actions from weekly meetings
  • Effective communication skills to present ideas and initial samples to stakeholders
  • Ability to meet and manage suppliers, driving sales and profitability
