Creative Product Designer
We're looking for a talented Creative Product Designer to join our design team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing products that meet our brand's high standards, while also driving newness and innovation.

**Job Overview:**
This is a great opportunity for a Creative Product Designer to come in and own the full creative process, working collaboratively with our Senior Designer and wider team. You'll be responsible for managing the full design process from initial concept to production samples, sourcing new prints, and collaborating with suppliers to clearly communicate designs and meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the full design process from initial concept to production samples
- Source new prints to drive newness
- Collaborate with suppliers to clearly communicate designs and meet deadlines
- Drive newness constantly, sharing competitor, inspiration and social media direction weekly, if not daily

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 4+ years experience within fashion
- Ladieswear background essential
- Wovens & Jersey experience desired
- Print design ability
- Ability to use Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign

**What We Offer:**
