Job Title: Relief Senior Support Worker

We are seeking an inspiring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Relief Senior Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to increase their independence and life quality.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and friendly team, providing support and enablement to individuals with complex mental health needs. You will work creatively alongside our service users, empowering them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to their community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with mental health needs to increase their independence and life quality
  • Work creatively with service users to empower them to take control of their lives
  • Provide support and enablement to individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality service
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in the field of mental health
  • Completed or be working on a level 3 diploma in health and social care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for empowering individuals with mental health needs

As a Relief Senior Support Worker, you will be expected to work early/late shifts, weekends, and sleep-in duties for which a sleep-in allowance is paid in addition to salary.
