We are seeking a compassionate and inspiring Relief Senior Support Worker to join our team at Lawn Court, a highly successful Residential Support & Recovery Service in Bexhill-on-Sea. As a key member of our staff team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to increase their independence and life quality.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work creatively alongside people with mental health needs on their journey towards greater wellbeing and independence. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with mental health needs to increase their independence and life quality
  • Work creatively with individuals to develop their skills and confidence
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure a comprehensive and person-centred approach to support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in the field of mental health
  • Completed or be working on a level 3 diploma in health and social care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for empowering people with complex mental health needs
