The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to residents. Key responsibilities include operational management, staff leadership, financial oversight, family and community relations, and continuous quality improvement.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled manager who can foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and professional growth among healthcare professionals and support staff. The successful candidate will have experience in operational management, staff leadership, and financial oversight. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with residents' families and representing the home in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Family and Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents' families and represent the home in the local community.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional care and services to residents. They will be able to think critically and make informed decisions to drive business success. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced manager to join Compass Associates and take on a challenging role.

The salary for this position is up to £70,000 p/a, plus bonus and benefits package.
