Construction Manager Opportunity

Located in the heart of East London, we are seeking a driven Construction Manager to lead our civils packages on a large steel frame project.

About the Role:

  • Manage and oversee the execution of civils packages within a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Collaborate with other construction managers and report to the Project Manager.
  • Evaluate and implement technical solutions for complex civils packages.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and programme delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive plans for civils packages.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sub-contractors to deliver high-quality results.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed reports on progress and any issues.
  4. Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar industry setting.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of civils package management and technical expertise.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive results-oriented teams.
