Digital Marketing Role at Dover Marina Hotel & Spa

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Dover Marina Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Collaborate with our marketing agencies to plan and execute marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to our management team on campaign performance and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search, paid social, email, affiliates, and display.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and PPC platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
