Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to lead our commercial efforts on a major M&E sub-contract package within a high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all commercial aspects of the M&E sub-contract package from procurement through to final account.
  2. Ensure effective cost management, forecasting, and budget control for the project.
  3. Lead on contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to drive project success.
  5. Provide clear and accurate financial reports to senior management.
Ideal Candidate:
  1. Extensive experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager on major projects.
  2. Proven track record working on commercial projects, including office developments, shell & core packages, or similar.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
