Exclusive Opportunity for Senior Quantity Surveyors

We are partnering with Kenton Black, a leading M&E and Telecoms contractor, to recruit multiple Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team in London.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial aspects of major projects across London, working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager to ensure projects meet commercial and financial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Working with Project Managers to ensure projects meet commercial and financial targets
  2. Providing regular and accurate reporting to the Commercial Manager on project progress and financial performance
  3. Managing project budgets and determining commercial forecasts
  4. Carrying out valuations for payment applications and managing sub-contractor and supplier accounts
  5. Identifying and agreeing changes to project scope and managing project risks
  6. Working with the Commercial Manager to maximise recovery of contractual entitlements
