Job Title: Architectural Designer Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer Assistant to join our team at N Family Club. As an Architectural Designer Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our in-house architectural design team across all RIBA Stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Architectural Design Manager in delivering high-quality designs for our nurseries
  • Assist in the production of drawings and information across all work stages
  • Attend site visits and coordinate CGI visuals for marketing sales brochures
  • Manage the N Design Guide specification and procurement schedule updates
  • Work closely with consultants to coordinate technical elements into the designs
  • Assist with planning submissions to obtain required approvals
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Architecture (RIBA Part II or equivalent)
  • 2-5 years industry experience working on UK-based architectural projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite (InDesign / Photoshop), MS Office
  • Good knowledge of UK building standards, regulations, and processes
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
