As an FX Dealer, you will be responsible for promoting the growth of Ebury, through independent research and campaigns, targeting international operating companies in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, and cash management.
  • Execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, FX OPTIONS) with multiple liquidity providers, using various trading platforms, including Bloomberg/Reuters.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination, understanding client business environments, strategies, and industry to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor capabilities to position Ebury's solutions effectively.
  • Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high-margin products, and increasing wallet-share.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings.
  • Originate new business through networking with existing clients for business referrals.

Requirements:

  • Strong Financial Services / FX sales experience (sales/relationship management role) with a contacts network.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • A business/finance academic background would be an advantage.

Competencies and Personal Characteristics:

  • Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Comfortable with a phone sales approach.
  • First-class communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
  • Able to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Quick learner, especially on systems; strong analytical skills.
