We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Support & Wellbeing Worker to join our dynamic team at Camden Carers. As a key member of our Support & Wellbeing Team, you will play a vital role in identifying and supporting Young Adult Carers aged 18-30 years from diverse communities in the London Borough of Camden.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify Young Adult Carers and provide relevant support, information, and advocacy.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with statutory and voluntary services.
  • Lead on developing a service to support Young Adult Carers who are NEET (not in education, employment, or training).
