Cyber Broker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Broker to join our Global Cyber and Technology (GCT) team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service business produced globally and in London, providing expert advice on cyber insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with producers and the GCT Team to achieve growth targets and maintain high client retention rates.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and engage with other teams within Lockton to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of products and solutions for clients and prospects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement, monitor, and control the provision of placement and related services for clients and prospects, ensuring compliance with Lockton procedures and client-specific KPIs.
  • Advise clients on changes in perceived risk exposures and prepare them for optimal renewal processes and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about the Lloyd's and London market, with a strong understanding of placement processes and client and underwriter engagement.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an account handler/manager or placing broker, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of working with UK clients or US and International clients, with a basic understanding of placement processes.
  • Willingness to learn and take on special assignments/projects, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong client management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lloyd's and London market, with a basic understanding of placement processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
