About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Aftersales Data Coordinator. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding recalls and make the required arrangements for these to be carried out, ensuring customer safety.
  • Produce detailed reporting using manufacturer-based systems and communicate findings to senior management.
  • Carry out data cleansing tasks to ensure our customer CRM database is accurate and effective.
  • Work with colleagues to carry out detailed and accurate reviews of our site-based processes to ensure best practice is adhered to and produce accurate reporting for senior management.
  • Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure the highest level of customer service was delivered.
  • Download customer service index from various car manufacturers' websites regarding Stoneacre performance and customer feedback.
  • Import information and produce Excel spreadsheets for analysis.
  • Distribute reports to Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and Directors.
  • Responsible for the 'Motability' contract, downloading, collating, and importing statistics.

About You

  • You will have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with customers, colleagues, and suppliers of all levels.
  • An active listener – You listen to others' views and requests, obtain information, and check the level of understanding through effective questioning techniques.
  • You are able to interact with customers in a professional manner, identify and understand customer requirements, and how these can be met through the products and services that Stoneacre offer.
  • Fantastic analytical ability – Gather and record verbal and numerical data in a comprehensive and effective manner. Analyse information for completeness and accuracy. Identify key data, omissions, and issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Effective control – Approach tasks and interactions with others in a systematic and structured manner. Support the implementation and maintenance of proper controls and processes within the department or function. Use systems efficiently and in accordance with policy. Take appropriate action where there have been lapses in processes and escalate where necessary.
  • Relationship building – You will develop productive and cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues, using rapport-building techniques, empathy, and effective interpersonal skills. Approach sensitive situations with consideration for others and work to achieve constructive outcomes.
  • Great technical ability – Demonstrate and maintain an appropriate level of technical expertise.
