Occupational Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Team Lead to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Medicine and Surgery OT Team at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.
Key Responsibilities- Operational management and clinical leadership of the Occupational Therapy medicine team
- Specialist support and advice to the Occupational Therapy team and other multidisciplinary team members
- Management of own caseload of patients with highly complex conditions
- Contribution to the delivery, evaluation, and review of the Medical/surgical Occupational Therapy service
- Responsibility for defined projects in agreement with the Head of Occupational Therapy, Therapies Site Lead, and Professional Lead
- Professional representation of the Occupational Therapy Service
