Job Summary:
This role involves working with individuals to provide information and advice and assist them to access services. The ideal candidate will have a Social Work Qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and advice for individuals
- Assist individuals to access services
- Enable individuals to identify their needs
- Utilise Jewish Care's systems for client assessment and ongoing support
