Main Responsibilities

As a Clinical Neurophysiology Manager, you will be responsible for the management, organisation and effective service delivery of inpatient and outpatient neurophysiology services to patients of all ages. This will involve performing, analysing and reviewing a range of complex Neurophysiological investigations and producing reports for Clinicians and General Practitioners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Clinical Neurophysiology department as a Manager. The department undertakes a comprehensive range of Neurophysiology investigations including routine and advanced EEG recording, Ambulatory EEG in Adults and Children, and provides a Portable bedside EEG service at Bradford Royal Infirmary for inpatients including Neonates and Intensive Care patients. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality services and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a BSc Hons in Clinical Physiology (Neurophysiology) or equivalent, RCCP registration, and a minimum of 5 years previous experience including some management and/or supervisory experience. You will also have leadership and management experience, keyboard/PC skills and knowledge of software packages including excel, word etc, and be able to work as a team member. Additionally, you will have good time management and organisational skills, good interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic, motivated, committed and positive.
