Job Description

We are recruiting a skilled NDT Technician to join our team at LG Engineering Solutions Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performing non-destructive testing and maintaining equipment and personnel. They should be able to collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for adapting to changing requirements and priorities, improving processes and workflows, and assisting with customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Performing non-destructive testing on a comprehensive range of services for the rail industry.
  • Maintaining equipment and personnel to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Adapting to changing requirements and priorities while ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Improving processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet client expectations.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in non-destructive testing and maintenance of equipment and personnel.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities while ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Proficiency in using various software and tools to perform tasks efficiently.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Derby or Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work from either location.
