Job Title: CDP Chef

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team at Blue Arrow - Maidstone. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with daily kitchen duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standard, ensuring quality and presentation meet our restaurant's standards.
  • Follow instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete daily tasks.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef and supervise junior chefs or commis.
  • Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products.
  • Ensure the production, preparation, and presentation of food meet the highest standards at all times.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
