Job Title: CDP Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Blue Arrow Maidstone. As a CDP Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with all kitchen duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, ensuring quality and presentation are consistently met.
  • Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen organization.
  • Supervise junior chefs and commis, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
