Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Specialist. In this rewarding role, you will work with students who have faced challenges in their educational journey, providing tailored academic support and essential pastoral care.
As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of students, engaging and inspiring them in their communities. You will work collaboratively with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to support students with diverse and challenging needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support and pastoral care to students in their communities
- Manage a caseload of students and work collaboratively with parents and stakeholders
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the needs of students
- Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it
- Degree or equivalent, with Maths and English to at least Level 2
- Specialist teaching qualification in a chosen subject (desirable)
