We are seeking a dynamic and creative Education Specialist to join our alternative education community. If you are passionate about fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional, we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will support approximately 35 pupils on roll to ensure that we can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment. The school consists of a core team of the Head of Provision, three teachers, and two support staff. Further support is also provided by regional and national staff, who work with several schools across our group.

About You:
- Core Teaching Qualifications:Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it.Specialist Teaching Qualification (Desirable)
- Academic Background:Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject,equivalent for SEN (desirable)
- Special Education and SEN Expertise:SENCO Advanced Certificate (Desirable),Patoss AAA Course Completion (Desirable)
- Teaching Subjects:English, Maths, and Science Proficiency, aminimum of grade 4/C or higher

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Provision in the development and implementation of educational programs
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and students
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to education and student support
