Culinary Expertise Sought:
The London Clinic's Kitchens team is looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Cuisine to join their ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality meals, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

About the Role:
As a senior member of our team, you will provide guidance and support to junior chefs, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure that food is presented to the highest standards. Your expertise in food production and preparation will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:
We require a minimum of 3 years' experience within a private hospital, restaurant, or 4/5-star hotel setting. Strong knowledge of all food production and preparation, as well as basic pastry skills, is essential. Additionally, you should be up-to-date with food trends and have a good understanding of kitchen operations within a private hospital.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £32,750 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes a contribution pension scheme, private medical healthcare, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
