">Job Summary
">The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating our team of Service Technicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining relationships with vehicle manufacturers.
">Responsibilities
">- Supervise and motivate a team of Service Technicians to drive performance and productivity.">
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks and resolving any issues that may arise.">
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain high standards of housekeeping and security within the workshop.">
- Supervise daily time keeping of technicians and manage authorised absence to ensure a consistent level of attendance.">
- Maintain relationships with vehicle manufacturers and provide technical information for Technicians during repair operations.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have experience working in a commercial vehicle dealership environment and possess strong leadership skills.
