Workshop Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to join our client's busy automotive service centre in Bristol.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the workshop, achieving high levels of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficiency of technicians within the workshop team.
  • Ensuring all work is completed on time and accurately.
  • Reporting and seeking advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Workshop Controller, within a dealership environment.
  • Ability to manage a large team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary: 42,000 (OTE) per annum. We offer a range of benefits including pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, and 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays, increasing with service.
