About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our retail home store team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock
  • Develop and implement processes to improve stock management and reduce waste
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all staff

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or stockroom management role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
