We're on a mission to make a significant impact on the environment, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve our goal. As a Smart Meter Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in representing our brand and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain smart meters in domestic settings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of their in-home display and smart meter.
  • Collaborate with our team to drive the adoption of renewable energy solutions and promote energy efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
Requirements:
  • MOCoPA - at least 1ph WC
  • Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic approach to customer service.
  • Previous experience in domestic dual-fuel metering, with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence.
  • The ability to use a handheld terminal and adapt to new technologies.
  • A flexible working approach, with a full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £36,500 per year.
  • Overtime available, with a London weighting for those living within the M25.
  • A £2,500 annual performance bonus, based on individual and team performance.

  • A fit bonus of £15 per metre, after completing 6 metres.
