We're on a mission to make a significant impact on the environment, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve our goal. As a Smart Meter Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in representing our brands in customers' homes, ensuring safety and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our brands in customers' homes, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth installation process.
  • Install and configure smart meters, ensuring accurate and efficient energy measurement.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of their in-home display and smart meter.
  • Collaborate with our team to drive the adoption of renewable energy solutions and promote energy efficiency.
Requirements:
  • MOCoPA - at least 1ph WC
  • Gas Safe – CCN1/MET1 or CMA1/MET1 (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in domestic dual-fuel metering, with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence.
  • The ability to use a handheld terminal and adapt to new technologies.
  • A flexible working approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
