Property Portfolio Manager Solicitor

The Shanly Group is expanding its residential property portfolio and requires a seasoned solicitor or legal executive to oversee lease extensions, enfranchisement matters, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity, requiring strong communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage voluntary and statutory residential lease extensions.
- Handle non-contentious elements of leasehold enfranchisement matters.
- Support the long leasehold property manager with deed preparation and review.
- Liaise with leaseholders, their solicitors, and other relevant parties.
We offer a highly competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including discretionary annual and long-term bonus schemes, annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, and wellbeing benefits.
