Job Description
As a Safety Requirements Manager at BAE Systems, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Requirements Decomposition (DSRs/4SFRs/5SFRs)
- Liaising with Subsystems, Safety Team, and Suppliers
- Providing specialist support in conducting Gap Analyses
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in safety requirements management, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will be working closely with the Senior Engineering Manager to deliver reports into the safety requirements process.
A competitive salary of up to £61,500 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered for this position. We also provide a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, employee share plans, and flexible health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits.
