We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business change and improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their change opportunities and define the scope of change.
- Contribute to and manage workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to define and document processes and elicit and document requirements.
- Analyze requirements and turn them into user stories.
- Support development and test colleagues while change is being built and tested, helping them understand the business change.
- Support the business during the cutover of dependent system changes with business readiness.
- Be analytical in your approach and self-managing, with the ability to analyze requirements from different angles with clear logical thinking and use problem-solving skills to reduce process friction.
- Have a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Have detailed analytical abilities, an inquisitive nature, and not settle until all questions are answered and understood.
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely so that members of change and non-change areas can understand quickly and make appropriate business decisions.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills.
