About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Executive to join our digital marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and executing monthly calendar activity plans for our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Direct E-Commerce to agree sales, budget, and activity plans for the company's website.
  • Manage the execution of all product promotional activity on the company's website, optimizing basket value.
  • Ensure product content for all new product launches is accurate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisition, SEO, email, product, and merchandising teams.
  • Provide monthly performance reports on website operations, including forecast targets, website conversion rate optimization, and revenue.
  • Research key competitors' websites to ensure our website is best in class for content and activity planning.
  • Collaborate with the in-house Design Studio for content creation requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience or knowledge in performance marketing, including PPC, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in an ecommerce platform.
  • Ideal but not essential, exposure to running mobile store apps.
  • Exposure to content creation, either with a Design Studio or experience building digital content with applications such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data validation.
