Homelift Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Homelift Project Coordinator to join our team at Stannah Homelifts. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth installation of our homelifts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule customer visits from survey to installation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and installation managers to ensure timely completion of installations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
