Job Summary
Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role
This is a part-time or full-time opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be supporting our clients with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. Your companionship, reassurance, and joy will bring smiles and a sense of safety to those you care for.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including continence support and bathing
- Manage medications and assist with meal preparation
- Support clients with domestic tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and social interaction to prevent loneliness and isolation

Requirements
- Kindness, compassion, and empathy are essential qualities for this role
- No experience is required, but a genuine interest in caring for others is necessary
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
- Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK required

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £12-£15 per hour, depending on experience. With 20-25 hours worked per week, your estimated annual salary would be around £24,800-£31,200.
