About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Knowle, Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live their best lives.

Responsibilities

  • Providing physical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Helping individuals develop new skills and achieve their goals
  • Supporting individuals with healthcare needs, such as taking medication
  • Engaging in leisure activities, home or work-related tasks, according to individual choice

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence (desirable)
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-in nights, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues
