Sales Executive European Road Freight

Freight Personnel is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the European Road Freight sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, developing targeted sales plans to pursue these leads.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to resolve commercial issues and improve our services.
  • Provide training and support to new sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the European logistics market and the ability to understand the complexities of international transport.
  • IT literate and proficient in using sales software and other technology tools.
  • Language skills in French or German are an advantage, but not essential.
