Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Lead to join our team at Camino Partners Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead our compliance efforts, ensuring that our business adheres to all relevant regulatory standards. With a strong understanding of NHS frameworks, this individual will drive continuous improvement, set targets, validate data, and foster effective communication within the team and across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of five compliance staff, ensuring their productivity and engagement. Conduct 1-2-1 meetings, offer guidance, and provide training to team members to improve skills and compliance knowledge.
  • Target Setting & Monitoring: Set clear and achievable targets for the team, monitor progress, and ensure targets are met. Develop strategies to improve performance and efficiency across compliance-related tasks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the business adheres to all relevant NHS frameworks and other industry regulations. Stay updated on compliance changes and communicate these to the team.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and assess internal processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the compliance operations.
  • Data Validation: Validate and review internal data and systems to ensure accuracy and completeness, including compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster strong communication between the compliance, maintenance, and onboarding teams. Ensure a seamless flow of information and alignment across departments.

About You:

  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a team leader or management position, ideally within compliance, healthcare, or recruitment sectors.
  • Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of NHS frameworks and healthcare compliance standards. (THE and CCS)
  • Target-Driven: A results-focused individual who thrives in meeting and exceeding targets, continuously striving for excellence.
  • Process-Oriented: A keen eye for process evaluation, improvement, and optimisation.
  • Excellent Communicator: Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in all tasks.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a reputable organisation like Camino Partners Ltd. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
