About the Role:

Carr Gomm is seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our team in Lochgilphead. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily activities
  • Meal preparation and support with nutritional needs
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Working proactively to prevent hospital admissions
