About the Role:

Carr Gomm is seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our team in Campbeltown. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will be an essential part of our Mobile Home Care and Responder services, ensuring the well-being and promoting the independence of people in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support people to live independently in their own homes
  • Provide personal care and support with daily activities
  • Meal preparation and support with nutritional needs
  • Offer emotional support and companionship
  • Work proactively to prevent hospital admissions

Requirements:
