We are seeking a qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with 3 years of experience in Conveyancing Practice to join our Conveyancing Department at QED Legal.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload from quotation to post-completion, ensuring seamless property transfers between buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property transfers, conducting title searches, and preparing legal documents related to conveyancing residential transactions and post-completion matters, including SDLT and HMLR requisitions.
  • Deal with complex transactions, such as shared ownership, leasehold matters, lease extensions, sales and purchases of part, plot sales and purchases, and right to buy.
