Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at SJC Partners in Leicester. As a reputable law firm with a strong presence in the East Midlands, we offer a unique opportunity for a Newly Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, New Builds, TOE, and Remortgage files from inception through to completion. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delegate work to assistant or support staff, and service existing clients to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse caseload of property transactions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Delegate tasks to support staff
  • Service clients to an exceptional standard
  • Deal with and raise enquiries
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' fee-earning experience in a residential property role
  • Qualified solicitor with 0-2 years' PQE
  • Experience handling a varied caseload from opening to completion
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
