Job Title: Domestic Abuse Support Specialist

Black Country Women's Aid is a leading charity providing vital services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Domestic Abuse Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to victims of domestic abuse, including advocacy, risk assessment, and safety planning.
  • Work in partnership with other services within BCWA and key agencies to ensure a comprehensive response to domestic abuse.
  • Deliver community-based services, including group support and individual sessions, to promote the well-being and empowerment of victims.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies to prevent domestic abuse.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
