Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our customer service team in Burnley. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and developing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer product selection, advising on product, stock levels, delivery times, and sampling.
  • Proactively handle customer feedback and communications.
  • Seek opportunities to engage with and develop customer relationships, such as new product information, sampling requests, and CRM updates.
  • Maintain awareness of your customer base.
  • Ensure orders are administered accurately and dispatched promptly.
  • Onboard new customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales administration or internal executive-type roles.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, bespoke software, and Microsoft Suites.
  • Able to learn and retain vast product and service knowledge.
  • Attentive to detail and accurate.
