Care Home Nurse Specialist

**About the Role**
A key member of our care home team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Your expertise will be valuable in assessing individual needs and developing tailored care plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing hands-on care to residents, including administering medication and managing health conditions
- Conducting risk assessments and developing effective care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- A flexible approach to working hours, including night shifts and weekends
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to a range of benefits, including free learning and development opportunities and a comprehensive induction programme.
**Location:** Our care homes are situated across the UK, offering a variety of locations to choose from.
