Responsibilities and Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert clinical leadership and guidance to teams
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans
  • Mentoring and supervising staff to ensure seamless delivery of care

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • A teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
