Production Efficiency Improvement Role

We are looking for a skilled Production Efficiency Improvement Role professional to join our team at Redline Group Ltd in Chelmsford, Essex. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful production of high-quality RF products by driving efficiency and optimising processes.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or similar and relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. They should also possess strong skills in process optimisation, root cause analysis, and quality control methodologies, such as 8D, Six Sigma.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for improving production efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
